BIB:
ROW 1: With Blue and H hook count over 14 sts from end of top edge of bottoms, join that st, ch-1, hdc same st as beg ch-1, hdc next 13 sts, leave remaining sts unworked, ch-1, turn. (14 sts)
ROW 2-3: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 4: Hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc next 2 sts, 3 dc next 2 sts, sl st next 2 sts, 3 dc next 2 sts, hdc next 2 sts, hdc dec last 2 sts, fasten off. (16 sts)
STRAP:
ROW 1: With Blue and H hook count over 5 sts from end back opening, join that st, ch-1, hdc same st as beg ch-1, hdc next st, leave remaining sts unworked, ch-1, turn. (2 sts)
ROW 2-21: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn. End row 21 fasten off.
Rep for other strap on opposite end of back opening. Straps are designed to cross in back and then snap to the front edge of bib.
